Bugaboo Donkey Double Stroller

Finally the long awaited Bugaboo Double Stroller -- Bugaboo Donkey

Today it was announced that Bugaboo will be selling the first top of the line double stroller.  This ingenious design combines the Bugaboo style we love with the functionality to be used as a single or double stroller.  The single stroller has been adapted with a basket on the side making it easier to store those every stroll important items.  To make the stroller a double just pop open the clips and slide the stroller apart making it now easy to add a bassinet or second seat.

As a single stroller (Mono) the frame measures 23" which is the same size at the Bugaboo Cameleon.  The difference being the seat is narrower to accommodate for the width, without the loss of comfort.

As a double (Duo) it is only 29" wide, which is enough to fit through the aisle of your favorite boutique or even through a standard door way.  You have the option of converting the bassinet into a toddler seat and the best part the seat are independent of one another allowing them to face you, away from you, or in opposite directions.  The seats also recline.

Folding:  You can remove the seats to fold the stroller or you can keep the double with the seats on and fold it that way to make it easier.

Wheels:  There are 12" wheels in back and 10" in front.  These wheels are foam and have a nice white design element to them.  In addition they offer the great suspension you come to expect from Bugaboo.

Seats:  They are made of the same durable material you have grown to love.  The seats can accommodate up to 37.5 lbs each.

Storage:  As a single stroller you have the access of using the side basket for the everyday storage.  Its big enough to accommodate even a diaper bag.  In addition there is a large basket under the stroller making it easy to store the larger items.  As the stroller is widened so is the basket.

Price:  This is yet to be determined and we have not heard of any estimated costs.  If you want to be contacted once this is in stock or more info is available please email us (anbbaby@gmail.com)

Expected to be available in US in early Spring 2011.
